  • Civil works, hybrid energy & lightning protection
  • Commissioning, SSV and multi-operator acceptance

Deliverables & methodology

Documented, validated and compliant deployments

Every site delivered is traceable, verifiable and aligned with operator and HSE requirements.

Key deliverables

  • Complete as-built dossiers (photos, drawings, checklists)
  • SSV & acceptance reports
  • QHSE and compliance reports

KPIs & outputs

  • On-time site delivery rate vs contract
  • Non-conformities corrected within D+7
  • Energy availability & radio quality after commissioning

Methodology

  • Pre-audit, HSE plan & logistics
  • Multi-level quality gates and field controls
  • Operator handover & maintenance transfer

Safety & environment

HSE: ISO 45001 & ISO 14001

Health/Safety and Environmental management for projects compliant with international standards.

ISO 45001:2018 (Health & Safety)

  • Mandatory safety training (work at height, electrical)
  • PPE provided: helmets, harnesses, insulating gloves, safety shoes
  • Rescue and first-aid procedures (ambulance, emergency kit)
  • Daily safety briefing, incident/near-miss reporting

ISO 14001:2015 (Environment)

  • Waste management: cells, batteries, used oils, packaging
  • RF emissions measurement vs WHO/ICNIRP limits (electromagnetic fields)
  • Environmental impact studies for sensitive sites (parks, schools)
  • Carbon offset (reforestation, solar energy for off-grid sites)

Quality process

Quality Gates (4 levels)

Go/No-Go validation milestones to ensure quality and traceability from survey to acceptance.

Gate 1: Survey

  • Technical feasibility validation (MW line of sight, fibre access)
  • Permits: building permit, owner agreement, town hall
  • Geo-referenced photos, sketches, topographical survey

Go/No-Go criteria: Feasibility confirmed + permits in progress

Gate 2: Civil works

  • Tower foundations (structure calculation, concrete, anchoring)
  • Equipment shelter (walls, roofing, AC, generator)
  • Energy & transmission connection (fibre, MW)

Go/No-Go criteria: Signed civil works acceptance report

Gate 3: Installation

  • Tower assembly, antennas, feeder cables
  • Active equipment installation (BBU, RRU, rectifiers)
  • Power-up, OMC configuration, network integration

Go/No-Go criteria: Site ON AIR with normal alarms

Gate 4: Acceptance

  • Full SSV (drive-tests, KPI benchmarks)
  • As-built dossier (updated drawings, photos, equipment inventory)
  • Client operations team training

Go/No-Go criteria: KPIs ≥ contractual thresholds + signed acceptance report

Final documentation

As-built dossiers & acceptance reports

Standardised deliverables for archiving, operations and regulatory audits.

As-built dossiers

  • AutoCAD/PDF drawings with precise GPS coordinates (WGS84)
  • Time-stamped, geolocated before/during/after photos
  • Exhaustive equipment inventory (S/N, software versions)
  • Final measurements: RSRP, SINR, throughput, verified azimuths/tilts

Standardised acceptance reports

  • Quality criteria checklist (RF, alarms, configuration)
  • Measured KPIs vs contractual thresholds (compliance table)
  • Lifting of any reservations with corrective action plan
  • Cross-signatures client/supplier/GWIT (tri-party)

Regulatory compliance

  • RF compliance certificates (EM field exposure limits)
  • Regulator authorisation files (where required for new sites)
  • HSE reports (incidents, work hours, safety audits)
  • Environmental impact studies for protected areas
